ORDERING INFORMATION

To order candles you may print out this order form, fill it in completely and mail it with payment (Visa, Master Card, check or money order) to the address listed at the top. If it is for a home party you can give it to the hostess prior to her party so that she will get the credit for it.

 Click here to send an email order directly to Homestead Arts. We don’t take payment online at this time, however, as an acknowledgement of your order we will e-mail you with your order total, and then follow up with a phone call for your payment information.

If the order is for a home party please put the hostess’s name in the appropriate box on the form. 

Shipping charges are as follows:

If shipped to your hostess with the rest of her party:

10% of your order,
$1.00 Handling Fee,
5.5% WI sales tax

If shipped directly to you:

10% of your order total,
$8.50 Handling Fee
5.5% WI sales tax if shipping within Wisconsin
